Who we are

Green Key Properties manages private residential rentals. You can reach us at greenkeypropertiesmn@gmail.com or (612) 564-3426. This page explains how we handle the information you share on our rental pre-screen.

What we collect

When you complete our pre-screen, we collect the information you provide — your name and contact details, the home you're interested in, who will live there, your income and its sources, employment and references, current and prior residence, pets, and your answers to a few history questions. We collect this to evaluate rental inquiries, arrange showings, and move qualified applicants toward a formal application.

What we don't collect here

We do not collect your Social Security number, date of birth, driver's license number, or bank documents on this pre-screen. Those are gathered only later, from serious applicants, through our secure screening system when you complete a formal application — never through this form or by email.

How we use and share it

We use your information only to respond to your inquiry, coordinate a showing, and evaluate your interest. We do not sell your information. We share it only with the service providers we use to process applications and screening (for example, our property-management and tenant-screening systems), and only when you move forward to a formal application, or where required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep pre-screen information only as long as needed to consider your inquiry and, if you apply, to manage the application and any resulting tenancy. If you'd like us to remove your pre-screen information, contact us and we'll take care of it.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your pre-screen information. Just email greenkeypropertiesmn@gmail.com.

Fair housing

We are an equal-opportunity housing provider. All qualified applicants are considered without regard to race, color, creed, religion, national origin, sex, marital status, disability, familial status, sexual orientation, or status with regard to public assistance.

This page describes our current practices and may be updated. It is provided for transparency and is not a contract.
